IntraFish Media seeks Online Reporter – U.S.

IntraFish Media, the world's leading provider of news to the global seafood industry, is seeking a dynamic and talented U.S.-based online reporter for its flagship Web site, IntraFish.com.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter motivated by delivering top-notch news to a demanding audience via some of the most advanced online tools available.

We've made our mark in the seafood niche with relentless beat reporting, superior knowledge of our subject matter and objective, balanced coverage. In short, we're producing great business journalism -- and our audience is growing as a result.

The right candidate will need a track record of successful reporting at a B-2-B publication or Web site, and a proven history of serving and building an engaged readership. We need a true newshound that can sniff out a great story and make fast, sound judgments that will allow us to beat all comers.

This is a position with excellent growth potential. The U.S. Online Reporter will have the opportunity to grow and advance as a journalist, and will be at the center of our company’s strategy going forward. Fluency in other languages is a big plus – Spanish in particular.
