Over-subscription in NHST Media Group AS’ share offering with subscription rights

NHST Media Group announces that at the end of the subscription period on May 22 the total subscription amounted to 219,744 shares by 89 different subscribers.

The preliminary result represent a substantial over-subscription compared to the total number of shares on offer, which was 125 000.

“We are pleased with the result and that so many of our shareholders have chosen to participate” says NHST Media Group’s CEO Gunnar Bjørkavåg in a comment.

The final allotment is expected to take place on or about Mai 28 and will be communicated to the subscribers.
